ADA ACCESSIBILITY

ADA Accessible Seating – Hendricks Live! will ensure equal access and enjoyment for all individuals, regardless of ability. Accessible seating will be available for all performances. If there are any issues purchasing ADA seating for a specific performance online, please contact us at customerservice@hendrickslive.org.
Reasonable accommodations will be made for any individual who may need to exchange their tickets for accessible seating on the day of a performance. ADA ticket relocations are based on first come, first serve and are limited in availability on the day of the show.

ADA Listening Devices – Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Box Office. These listening devices amplify information broadcast through our in-house sound system. To ensure we provide the best service, contact our box office team directly to discuss and identify any needs and/or concerns you may have. If you attend a show and need an ADA Listening Device, please ask an usher or see the Box Office.

This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. Additional seating can be purchased if necessary. Please notify Guest Services at customerservice@hendrickslive.org at least 24 hours in advance.
