WHAT ARE THE BOX OFFICE HOURS?

The Hendricks Live! Box Office is open Monday – Friday from 10AM – 4PM and closed from 12 – 12:30PM for lunch. On performance days, the Box Office opens 2 hours before our first performance, and it will remain open 30 minutes into the performance.

WHERE CAN I BUY A TICKET?

Hendricks Live! will sell tickets online on our event page in advance of performances. Order your tickets by selecting the performance you wish to attend. You will receive an order confirmation email from VBO Tickets when your purchase is completed. All tickets will be digital, sent directly to your email, and ready to download or print. There are no hard, physical tickets for performances at Hendricks Live!. Prices may change at any time, and they are not guaranteed. Some events may limit the number of tickets that can be purchased in a single transaction.

VBO is the official ticketing source for Hendricks Live! Hendricks Live! does not endorse or recommend any other ticketing provider for events held at its venue. Please use caution when purchasing tickets from any website other than hendrickslive.org for events held at Hendricks Live! Guests who purchase invalid tickets from a third party or resale site must contact that vendor for resolution. Tickets can also be purchased onsite at Hendricks Live! box office Monday – Friday from 10 AM – 4 PM.

How Do I Sign In to My Account?

How to Access VBO Tickets Account

Go to Events Landing Page

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Click Log Into Your Account button.

Enter your username and password and then click Sign In.

Click on your Name in the upper right corner.

Click My Account. Then, you will be able to see all of your activity, your event tickets, and recent orders.

HOW DO I ENTER MY PRE-SALE ACCESS CODE?

First, select your event. Then, on the left side under the “Tickets and Information” header, select “BUY NOW.” On the top right corner of the screen, under the “Cart” and “Sign In” buttons, click the gray “ENTER PRESALE CODE” text. A popup box will appear. Enter in your Pre-Sale Access Code, and press continue. A green text box will appear with a “Success” message, enabling you to purchase tickets to your event.

Unable to Use Your Tickets?

We understand conflicts can arise at times that may prevent you from using your event tickets. However, all sales are final. Hendricks Live! does not offer refund for ticket purchases.

Donor Perks:

— Gold Level and Above: Refund any York Automotive Concert Series shows

— Ruby and Above: Exchange tickets for any York Automotive Concert Series or Hendricks Live! Presents show 48 hours prior to doors opening.

What happens if there is Inclement Weather?

It is the policy of Hendricks Live! to not cancel performances due to inclement weather. There are no tickets refunds if an event goes on during inclement weather.

Is There an Age Limit at Hendricks Live!?

Typically, no. We are an all-ages venue. However, some shows may be not suitable or restricted at the artist’s request due to adult content.

Do Children Require Tickets?

If your child has reached their first birthday, they are required to have a ticket. If under one year of age, a child will need to sit on the lap of a paying patron.

Where Can I Park?

There is a free parking garage located on Center Street. ADA and Diamond VIP Parking is located in the lot behind the theatre accessible via Mill Street.

Are There Opportunities to Meet the Artist?

Yes, on a show-by-show basis. For more information, email Guest Services at customerservice@hendrickslive.org or visit the performer’s website.

Do You Have a Dress Code?

While there is no official dress code, it’s recommended to dress in a way that shows respect for the performers and the venue.

Where is the Coat Check Located?

Next to the Concessions area in the main lobby.

Where Are the First Aid Services?

Box Office in the main lobby.

What Items Are Prohibited?
  • No outside food or drinks.
  • No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
  • Replicas of any weapon are NOT permitted.
  • No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind.
  • No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, or laser pointers.
  • No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment — (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms, or commercial-use rigs).
  • No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind.
  • No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm.

The list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management.

Where Are the Restrooms Located?
  • Restrooms can be found in the following areas: first and second floors.
  • Restrooms are all equipped with ADA-accessible stalls and fixtures.
  • Each restroom has baby changing stations.

Hendricks Live! only accepts credit & debit (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express). This includes concessions and merchandise.

Do You Offer Discounted Tickets?

We are proud to offer the Military Appreciation Ticket Program — sponsored by ComerNowling. A 20% ticket discount is available for active military and veterans for Hendricks Live! Presents and York Automotive Concert Series shows. ID will be required at the time of show.

We offer a student discount for our Hendricks Live! Presents and York Automotive Concert Series shows (some exclusions may apply). Tickets are $20, but it can vary depending on the show.

When Will Doors Open for Performances?

Doors to the building will open 1 hour prior to performances. Theatre doors will open and seating will be available 30 minutes prior to performances.

How Do I Enter the Hendricks Live! Building?

The main entrance is located at Center Street and Main Street. The Box Office entrance is located in the back of the building off Mill Street.

There are plenty of hotel options in the surrounding area, including our partner hotels offering exclusive discounts for our guests!

Why are my seats out of sequential order?

All of our seats on the left side of the theatre are odd numbers (1, 3, 5, 7, 9), and all of our seats on the right side of the theatre are even numbers (2, 4, 6, 8, 10).

Are outside Food & Beverages okay to bring?

Outside food & beverages are not permitted in Hendricks Live!. Concessions are located in the lobby. Credit card and debit card only.

Does Hendricks Live! offer food options?

Yes. Our concession stand offers candy, popcorn, sodas, beer, wine, and cocktails in addition to homemade cookies by Momma Shell’s Cookies (https://www.mommashellscookies.com/).

No alcoholic beverages are permitted outside the building.

An independent café (The Green Room Café) will be moving into our theatre space later in 2025, and it will offer a variety of food and drink options. Visit https://www.tgrplainfield.com/ for more info about the proposed menu and updates on its grand opening.

Do You Allow Smoking?

No, the Hendricks County Smoking Ordinance prohibits smoking inside the venue and (outside) on the grounds of the Plainfield Civic Center. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc. All are prohibited. If you are caught smoking, you will be asked to leave the venue. We do offer pass-outs if you need to go outside, but you will need to leave government property in order to smoke.
