Hendricks Live! Community Donation Request Guidelines
At Hendricks Live!, our mission is to create memorable experiences for central Indiana’s diverse communities by presenting, producing, and hosting exceptional art, entertainment, and community events. We believe in the power of the arts to connect, inspire, and uplift individuals and communities. We are proud to support local nonprofits, schools, and civic organizations through in-kind donations to charitable events that reflect our commitment to fostering community engagement, promoting accessibility to the arts, and encouraging creative expression for all.
We welcome donation requests from organizations that meet the following guidelines:
- Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, or a school, church, or government-affiliated organization.
- Located in Hendricks County or west central Indiana, with a demonstrated impact on the local community.
- The event must support a charitable, educational, or cultural mission aligned with Hendricks Live!’s commitment to the arts or community well-being.
- Requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks in advance of the event date.
- Typical donations include gift cards or tickets to select Hendricks Live! performances, based on availability.
- Tickets are valid only for specific performances and may have restrictions or blackout dates.
- Each organization is eligible for one donation per calendar year.
While we would love to support every worthy cause, we are unable to fulfill requests for the following:
- Personal fundraising campaigns or individuals
- Political campaigns, candidates, or lobbying efforts
- For-profit ventures or third-party fundraisers
To be considered for a donation, please submit the following information via our online Donation Request Form:
- Organization name, contact info, and mission
- Proof of nonprofit status (if applicable)
- Event name, date, location, and purpose
- How the donation will be used (e.g., silent auction, raffle)
- Expected audience and anticipated community impact
- Requests are reviewed monthly.
- Due to high demand, submission does not guarantee approval.
- Approved donations will be fulfilled electronically along with promotional guidelines and usage details.
