Gary Brooks earned a B.F.A. in painting and an M.A. in Art Education from the University of Cincinnati. While at UC, he began painting exclusively with watercolor under the guidance of Robert Fabe and Phil Tucker and continues to paint in watercolor to this day. Gary is a signature member of both the Ohio and Kentucky Watercolor Societies, and an associate member of American Watercolor Society, North American Watercolor Society, Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, and a member of the Greater Cincinnati Watercolor Society. His award-winning watercolors and egg tempera can be found in multiple private and corporate collections throughout the Midwest.
