OPENING NIGHT CELEBRATION

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE EVENT?

EVENT ATTIRE:

♪   Please join us in your favorite cocktail and/or business attire.  (It is not a black-tie event.)

PARKING:

♪   Optional valet parking will be available for use at the circular drive on North Mill Street for a fee of $10 (cash only).

♪   Free parking is available in the Town of Plainfield Parking Garage on Center Street, as well as throughout downtown Plainfield. For a map of parking available in downtown Plainfield, please click here.

♪   ADA parking is available directly behind the Plainfield Civic Center, and you can enter the reserved parking lot from North Mill Street.

VIP TICKET-HOLDERS:

♪   We ask that all VIP ticket-holders for the Opening Night Celebration enter through the doors next to the North Mill Street circular drive or through the doors behind the Plainfield Civic Center. Both doors are labeled “206.” For a map of VIP entrances, please click here.

♪   When you enter through the VIP entrances, your ticket will be scanned and you will be given a black Hendricks Live! wristband that will grant you entry into the VIP Reception, which is located on the second floor.  You will have access to the VIP Reception before the show, during intermission, and after the show.  Don’t forget to visit the silent auction on the first floor!

RUN OF SHOW:

♪   Doors will open at 5:30pm for all guests (regular ticket-holders and VIP ticket-holders).  Please enjoy hors d’oeuvres and drinks in the lobby and be sure to visit the silent auction located by the Grand Staircase.

♪   A professional photographer will be available for patrons from 5:30 – 6:45pm in front of our Step + Repeat. * Guests are welcome to capture photos at the Step + Repeat with their own devices during intermission and after the show.

*   All professional photos will be uploaded to a shared folder accessible to all patrons of the Opening Night Celebration for easy access to their personal photo for two weeks following the event. If you do not wish to have your photo included in this folder, we recommend taking photos individually during intermission.

♪   Theatre doors for patron seating will open 30 minutes prior to the performance.  For ADA seating, doors will open 45 minutes prior to the performance.

♪   The performance will begin at 7pm, and it will last for approximately 2.5 hours – including a 20-minute intermission with delicious desserts available!

 FOOD & BEVERAGE:

♪   Complimentary hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine, and a specialty cocktail will be available during the pre-show reception in the lobby.

♪   A cash bar will be available to patrons at our concessions booth located in the center of the lobby.

SILENT AUCTION:

♪   Please be sure to visit our silent auction located on the first floor by the Grand Staircase.  Bid on a variety of items and experiences throughout Hendricks County and Central Indiana.  One of our wonderful volunteers will help you register for the silent auction, and bidding will end when intermission is finished.

♪   You will receive an email notification at the end of the performance if you are a winner. Please visit the box office at the end of the performance for payment and pick up of your item(s).
