The Common Thread Project
You're invited to add your voice
The Common Thread Project is a community art installation that explores how our diverse beliefs, values, and experiences weave together to form a shared humanity. Each card represents one person’s reflection. Together, the pieces create a growing tapestry that honors both individuality and connection across faiths and perspectives.
This exhibit will be open to the public through March 29, 2026.

Freddie Kelvin, Photographer
Freddie Kelvin was born in Leeds, England, after his parents escaped Nazi persecution in Austria, and he grew up in a protective Jewish community before distancing himself from that world and changing his last name. Though he became a doctor despite lacking a passion for science, he later realized his true calling was in the arts. Extensive travels outside the United States deepened his appreciation for diverse cultures and sparked his love of performing arts and photography. He lives in Indiana with his wife, Anne, and their dog, Sophie, while serving on the board of the Center for Interfaith Cooperation.
